These states didn't have public pennants, and the arrangement of ethnic get-togethers and religions surmised that there were no run of the mill pictures for the space. Precisely when the Colony and Protectorate of Nigeria was set up in 1914, its first lead specialist general, F.D. Lugard picked a seal to show up on changed pioneer standards.
